Rosa began her career as a lecturer and counselor in 1987. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2002 as an Australia Development Scholarship (ADS) awardee.

Her interpersonal and leadership skills have led her to hold leadership positions in various educational institutions throughout her career: Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta (2005–2009), Dean of the Faculty of Education at Sampoerna University, Jakarta (2013–2015), and Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs at Podomoro University, Jakarta (2018–2019).

Her passion for education and training has led her to become a Senior Facilitator at Binus Business School, Executive Education since 2016 until now. She has frequently received awards such as Best Facilitator and even Facilitator of the Year. Rosa is also a Certified Counselor, particularly in Family Counseling. In addition to her practice as a marriage counselor, she also teaches counseling at the Creative Family Counseling Institute (LK3). She is also the co-founder of Efata Learning, an organization focused on personal development, mental health, parenting, and leadership.
