Stress symptoms can be viewed from three factors: physiological, psychological, and behavioral. The physiological factor is marked by symptoms such as feeling tired, exhausted, dizzy, digestive disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. The psychological changes are characterized by excessive fear, prolonged anxiety, difficulty sleeping, shortness of breath, irritability, restlessness, hopelessness, or despair. Behavioral changes include stubbornness, irritability, dissatisfaction with achievements, toxicity, spreading intrigue, gossiping, and so on.
