TITH Sela, Director of Training Logistics Center (TLC), is a seasoned trainer and consultant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with over 30 years of experience. Starting as a longshoreman, he rose to Deputy Manager at Sihanoukville Port. He has undergone advanced training in Singapore and Japan and earned a Master’s Certificate in Port Training for Trade from UNCTAD, where he was also certified as a trainer. TITH has worked on major projects, including offshore supply for ChevronTexaco, and specializes in international trade, warehouse, and container yard management.
