Professor Hor Bun Leng, MD, M.Sc, PhD is the Chair of the Public Health Program at the International University in Phnom Penh. With expertise in education, health, and social fields, he has served as a surgeon, public health leader, researcher, consultant, and professor.

He has advised public and private organizations, including UN agencies, and has been a guest speaker at global conferences. Professor Leng has published numerous research papers and books, notably "Learn Smart, Don't Be Hard" and "Be Human Must Be Humanhood." He is widely known for his impactful work in academia and public speaking.
