Everybody has their own bad things. But we must classify the types of bad things we’ve met in life in 3 types. The 1st type is small thing, the second is medium thing, and the 3rd is big thing. The first type of small thing is example: we lost our computer or phone, the second type of medium thing is we lost our job, and the third type of big thing is we lost our love one. We can get angry at these things, but we must consider the time of getting angry. You can get angry or grieve for few days of small thing, a week of medium thing, and a month of big thing. You must set a time of getting angry or grieving properly, because if you continue living in it you will not be able to move on to doing something else.
