iKey International Institute is a private technical and vocational education and training institution that was founded on May 10, 2022, starting from Ikey International School and developed into Ikey International Institute on March 3, 2023, by the Royal Government, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The full name of the institute in Khmer is “IKEY INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE” with the abbreviation “វ.អ.ឃ.អ” and in English “IKEY INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE” with the abbreviation “IKII”.

Mr Mech Seiha is the Director of Ikey International Institute and an advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Sub-Association of Private Technical and Vocational Higher Education Institutions, Deputy Secretary General of the Vovinam Sports Federation, and he is the sole founder who invested in the establishment of the International iKey Institute.

Currently, iKey International Institute is running 3 major programs (higher education programs, vocational programs, and WBE programs), there are 11 faculties, 20 majors, and a working community called IKEY SUPPORT TEAM.

Vision
The Institute for iKey International believes that a peaceful world, a place of non-violence that resolves conflicts, starts with individuals, society, government and reaches out to the world community of leaders in the context of international relations.

We see the world as a place where every person in the government and in the capacity of the authorities perform their duties with compassionate responsibility in protecting the people they serve the poor, the elderly, the poor, women and children in need.

We believe that education is the key to fulfilling this vision, if people are highly educated, they will be motivated to participate and contribute more fully in a society. Education is the foundation of building individual traits. Only education can provide professionalism and the development of wisdom, vigor and wisdom, and after the establishment of true peace and a protective process for a prosperous nation. It is in the context of this vision that the Royal Government of Cambodia has given the highest priority to education and other priority areas through the implementation of the Pentagon strategy in the last two terms.
