Dance Aquarianto is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur in Property and Facility Management, with over 25 years of experience. He has overseen the development and management of more than 100 properties across Indonesia, including shopping malls, apartments, office buildings, and estate management projects.

His notable roles include serving as Center Manager for Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta and Bandung Electronic Centre, Building Manager for Waterplace Apartment Surabaya, and Portfolio Manager at a multinational property consulting firm managing high-profile assets such as Bank Indonesia Building and Menara Mandiri in Jakarta.

In the past eight years, Dance Aquarianto founded Premium Properti Management, a company specializing in Property and Facility Management Consulting. Under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly from just two employees to nearly 1,000, successfully managing close to 40 properties, including the BPJamsostek Tower in Jakarta.

Premium Properti Management, under his guidance, was awarded “The Best Building Management Company for Smart Building & Integrated Property Services” in 2020. In 2022, Dance Aquarianto was honored as the “Most Innovative CEO of Property Management & Services” by Property & Bank Magazine.
