I am KUNGFU & MARTIAL ARTS PRACTICIONER and graduated RED BLACK BELT Certificate FROM ANTONIS MMA

Now I learn Private Kung-Fu at Dragon KIDZ and I was learning Mix Martial Arts from “ANTONIS MMA” and from other martial arts teachers and I find out Kung-Fu / Martial Arts is not only about self-defense but it also used for BALANCING HEALTHY BODY, MIND & SPIRIT.

I want to show you every movements in kungfu or martial arts always have two benefits, one is for health and one again is for attacking or self-defense.

I want to teach you a set of kungfu movements call Ba Duan Jin or Eight-Section Exercises. Ba Duan Jin it is Ancient Chinese exercises which are mainly benefits for health and used for BALANCING HEALTHY BODY, MIND & SPIRIT, but I will also give you lessons another version of ba duan jin movements which are can be used for self-defense as well.

During my practice I find out how to apply martial arts on health improvements is always use slow movements and deep breathing methods, but for fighting is bit different it needs to apply short breathing methods, more speed, power, focus, accuracy in order to perform attack or defense on the right time.
