iBlooming and Instituto Superior Cristal Partner to Enhance Digital Education and Community Empowerment

On August 15, 2025, iBlooming signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Instituto Superior Cristal (ISC), Timor Leste, to strengthen collaboration in digital education, character development, and human resource competency enhancement.

Advancing Digital Learning and Community Engagement

This partnership integrates iBlooming’s Global iLearning Movement (GiM) and iMatrix programs into ISC’s academic ecosystem, while ISC contributes as a content channel provider by developing and sharing educational materials and e-courses. Key areas of collaboration include:
