Let's explore them: 1.First Position: -Stand with your heels together and toes turned outwards, creating a straight line. -Arms rounded in front, palms facing each other. 2.Second Position: -Feet apart, wider than shoulder-width, toes turned out. -Arms extend to the sides, parallel to the floor. 3.Third Position: -One foot in front of the other, heel touching the arch of the back foot. -Arms can be rounded in front or lifted to the sides. 4.Fourth Position: -One foot placed in front of the other, with a comfortable distance between them. -Front foot's heel aligns with the back foot's toes. 5.Fifth Position: -Cross one foot completely in front of the other, with toes touching the heel of the back foot. -Legs maintain turnout, with knees facing outward.
