Family as the Initial Space of Missio Dei

February 2 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Explore “Family as the Initial Space of Missio Dei with Prof. Dr. F. Irwan Widjaja, MAIE., Ph.D, as we reflect on how God’s mission begins in the home and flows outward into the world. In Christian theology the term Missio Dei refers to the mission of God Himself — God’s sending of Christ and the Spirit and His invitation for believers and communities to participate in that mission.

This session will reveal the foundational role the family plays in shaping values, faith, and discipleship that contribute to God’s broader mission in society. You’ll learn how the spiritual nurture, character formation, and relational witness within the family create a launching point for living out God’s redemptive calling in every generation.
