Sutarto Wijono is a lecturer in psychology in the city of Salatiga. His profession as a teacher has been pursued since 1987 until now. He teaches several courses in the field of psychology.

In addition, he has written several books, including industrial and organizational psychology within the field of human resource psychology, conflict management, leadership from an organizational perspective, charismatic leadership, transformational leadership in the context of information and digital technology, women, love, and sacrifice in Bronfenbrenner's ecological studies, as well as the golden age community center.

Some of his research findings have been published in various national and international scientific journals. In addition, as a counselor, he provides counseling to individuals and groups in handling various cases related to physical and verbal violence, household life, students' learning difficulties, individual adaptation and career development, selection and placement in various educational fields, industry and organizations, as well as tourism.

He also serves as a behavioral consultant in several everyday cases, including self-understanding, personal development, interpersonal conflicts, psychosomatic issues, stress, progressive muscle relaxation, and trauma healing.
