TITH Sela is the Director of Training Logistics Center (TLC) and a seasoned trainer and consultant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with over 30 years of experience. Starting his career as a longshoreman, he rose to become Deputy Manager of the container yard at Sihanoukville Port. He has attended advanced training in Singapore and Japan and earned a master’s certificate in Port Training for Trade from UNCTAD, where he was also certified as a trainer.

TITH has extensive expertise in international logistics, working on major projects, including offshore supply for Chevrontexaco and operating his own import-export company. After retiring early, he dedicated himself to teaching and training the next generation in logistics and supply chain, authoring a 400-page book in Khmer on the subject. His mission is to share his vast knowledge to contribute to societal development.
