iBlooming and Disability Action Council Collaborate to Advance Inclusive Learning and Empowerment in Cambodia

On May 30, 2026, iBlooming signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Disability Action Council (DAC) to strengthen collaboration in inclusion, empowerment, well-being, and digital access for persons with disabilities in Cambodia.
