Kim Tan is a leadership coach and the founder of Grow4Growth Consultant, a company based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Kim specializes in assisting organizations with strategic planning, human resource capacity building, and long-term development programs to help companies cultivate talent in critical leadership skills for the future of work.

Aside from her professional work, Kim is passionate about empowering women and promoting gender equality, as well as supporting and uplifting underprivileged youth in her community.
