Mark retired as Marketing VP for a publicly traded health care real estate investment trust that owns approximately 225 seniors housing and care communities throughout the United States. As Executive Director of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, he is a Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach. Mark’s passion and life slogan is Positive Influence. A dynamic speaker, he has traveled to Southeast Asia over 30 times and has spoken in Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, the Dominican Republic, Panama and Australia as well as the United States. His book UNLOCK YOUR SUCCESS was published in 2019 and has been translated into Vietnamese and Khmer. UNLOCK YOUR COURAGE, second in the Unlock Series was released in 2020, and UNLOCK YOUR INFLUENCE was finished in April 2022. He is President, one of the founders and serves on the board of the compassion organization Southeast Asia Healthcare Partners, Inc., which works to improve lives of elderly and orphans as well as provide leadership training to organizations and business leaders. He has degrees in Business and Hospital Administration. He and Thanh Nguyen, also John Maxwell certified, founded The Encourage Team (TET) in 2020, a time everyone needed a dose of encouragement.
