My name Ouk Chimreatreyoudom, After finishing primary school, I continued my studies at the Fine Arts Secondary School because I have a strong artistic bloodline from my father, uncle, and brother who are skilled in painting, sculpture, and other styles.

My uncle was a teacher at the Royal University of Fine Arts. It also made the environment around me full of many forms of art, painting, sculpture, and other styles. When my family received projects related to various arts, I also participated in those projects. Those artistic works became an experience that accompanied my growth from day to day until I graduated with a certificate in fine arts (equivalent to a bachelor's degree).

Then, I continued my undergraduate studies at the Royal University of Fine Arts, Department of Architectural Decoration, which I studied for 4 years and successfully completed. I continued my master's degree in Planning and Design at the SETIC Institute for another 2 years.

Time really fast, it's time to fully engage in society. I started accepting design and decoration projects according to the wishes of the guests, studying the plans and building them until now. However, during the Covid, it had a great impact and reduced my work. I also decided to teach at the Royal University of Fine Arts in the College of Architecture and Urbanism, Creative Arts.

This world cannot exist without nature. Of course, humans cannot exist without art in many different forms, which are used to create and integrate into living, communicating, working, making a living, and physical and mental happiness. Art is not a reproduction or copy, but a new creation of ideas and materials, according to the society of the time, constantly evolving, until it is endless.

There are no limits to learning, learning, and using your senses to explore all forms of art. I will take a small part of the creative arts, designing various decorative objects, using different materials to produce and process, as well as artistic decorations to fit modern living but with a Khmer character, to share with you all.
