Ronald passed the Competency Test from the Hypnotherapy Competency Certification Body by the Indonesian Government, which was first conducted in Indonesia, making him one of the First Generation Hypnotherapists in Indonesia whose competence is recognized by the state.

Ronald was first introduced to the world of hypnotherapy 14 years ago, and he now owns a hypnotherapy clinic located in Depok City. In addition to his clinic, he regularly conducts hypnosis and hypnotherapy training and serves as a trainer at these events.
