Ir. Subkhan, ST., M.PSDA, IPU, Asean Eng is a distinguished professional in the property and infrastructure industries. A graduate of Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University (UNDIP), with a Master’s in Civil Engineering focusing on Water Resources Management (M.PSDA) from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and a Professional Engineer certification from the University of Indonesia (UI), he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Civil Engineering at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS). He brings a wealth of experience in infrastructure and area development projects, with a strong focus on sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, and sustainable construction practices.

Mr. Subkhan has deep expertise in Human Capital—including lean construction, lean organization, and talent development management—as well as in corporate financial restructuring, investment and asset recycling. He is also a recognized specialist in Quality, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and sustainability. His multidisciplinary competence extends to corporate and contract law, as well as IT transformation and digitalization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Subkhan has earned numerous accolades, including the ASEAN Outstanding Engineer Award at the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO) Forum in Cambodia (2022) and the Citizen Safety Award from the World Safety Organization Indonesia. In 2022, he also received the prestigious AFEO Award from the Chair of the ASEAN Engineers Association for his contributions to engineering and infrastructure development. His achievements in financial restructuring and digital transformation, notably during the restructuring of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP), have received national recognition.

Previously, he served as Senior VP of QHSE and Systems at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (2018–2021), Director of Human Capital, Legal, and IT at PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (2021–2022), and Director of HR, Legal, and IT at PT Waskita Toll Road (2022–2023). Currently, he is the President Director of PT Waskita Transjawa Toll Road (2023–2025). Additionally, he has been appointed by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower as the Second Chairperson of the National OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Council.

Mr. Subkhan also holds several strategic roles, including Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Real Estate Managers Association (IMREI), Chairman of the QHSE Forum for State-Owned Construction Enterprises (2022–2025), Expert Board Member at ASPEKNAS, and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee for Public Works and Housing-Infrastructure at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for the 2021–2025 period.

He is the author of the best-selling book "QHSE Economics: The Profit and Loss of Managing QHSE", published in 2021.
